Vivek is a highly experienced management and finance professional with 15 years of experience, an MBA in Finance, and a degree from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics in Mumbai. Throughout his career, he has successfully closed deals totaling USD 130 million and managed funds of USD 270 million. With extensive global travel and experience working in multicultural environments across a range of industries, Vivek is a world-class expert. He co-founded a boutique investment banking and advisory unit in Mumbai, where he oversaw financial planning, analysis, and operations. As Asia-Pacific Finance Lead for a global Facility Management MNC, he managed operations across 12 countries. Today, Vivek is a successful entrepreneur and strategic management consultant who mentors startups across various industries.
Ravi Jagtap
Director
Ravi is a skilled computer engineer from the Institute of Technology in Pune with almost two decades of experience in the IT hardware industry. He gained technical expertise as a Hardware Engineer at PC Cure and ASUS before founding Innovative Technology in 2006 with Nilesh Parhad. Innovative Technology started as a partnership firm and was later converted to a private limited entity in 2012. Ravi has been a successful entrepreneur, leading business development and technical domains, and driving growth at Innovative. He instilled the value system of “Customer First” in the company, resulting in unmatched service quality across all members.
Nilesh Parhad
Director
Nilesh completed his computer engineering degree from the Institute of Technology in Pune in 2004. He worked as a desktop support engineer at companies like HSBC initially, then co-founded Innovative Technology with his colleague Ravi Jagtap in 2006. Nilesh has been a key figure supporting Innovative’s commercial and technical initiatives since its inception. With his business acumen, technical expertise, and foresight, Nilesh has managed various functions and teams to bring Innovative to where it stands. He ensures that every member of Innovative feels like family, as stated in their joining letters.
